Shipping & Returns
If your BJR Bat breaks within 14 days of the delivery date please send us an email including your purchase information and images of your broken bat.
A break is characterized as a rupture in the bat. Normal chipping at the cupped end or knob of the bat is not covered by warranty as it does not affect the bat integrity.
Time to review and process warranty claims typically takes up to three business days. If the damage to the bat is covered under warranty, a new bat will be shipped out within 5 business days.
The replacement bat will be the same bat that was purchased or we will issue a refund if the exact bat is not available.
Replacement bats will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS within the continental United States. All other shipping locations will require customer payment of shipping costs.
